Hi - yes we can get a car through. It is 3 metres wide between house and side fence. Sorry I can't upload plans for security reasons but with a harkaway you completely design your own floor plan anyway - that's half the joy!!
Did you use the one builder for slab and frame/roof assembly?
I will have to do a driveby and see it in the flesh (looked at a block a few streets away from you but ended up buying in a completely different though have family a few streets away). I will say hi if i see you out front :-)
Part of the "package" includes the frame and roof truss erection - so those guys are supplied. Everything else is up to you, to either engage a builder or go as owner-builder yourself. We were owner-builders, so organised all out own trades, including concretor to do the footings and slab.
